The Agent Booking Center (ABC) application allows agents to keep track of their cruise customers and provides a multitude of reports related to customer and agent activity. It includes the Agent Booking Engine (ABE) and its Cruise Search (CS) module which allows agents to search for a set of cruises across cruise lines and destinations based on a rich set of search criteria and then book a cruise on-line. Using ABE, an agent may also cancel or make minor changes to an existing cruise booking.

Agencies that have their own web site may install the Customer Booking Engine (CBE) application on their site, allowing their web visitors to search for cruises and book them on-line, all automatically and without agent assistance. CBE is designed to display the agency's own logo and telephone number so that the CBE application appears to be fully integrated with the agencies web site.
