Vinod George - Executive Vice President

Vinod George joined Travtech in June 2016 and is a leader with rich experience in technology initiatives and global data management for the travel & hospitality industry. He has been involved in the creation of software applications and data management platforms in different industries to support cutting-edge solutions for customer relationship management, segmentation, revenue management, call center and reservation systems.

Prior to joining Travtech, he held CIO positions at Towne Park (parking services management), Radius Travel (global corporate travel management) and TUI Marine (yacht charter management, which included the brands Moorings, Sunsail and LeBoat). He also led significant business transformation initiatives at Grand Circle Travel, a leisure travel company. Before joining the travel industry, he held key management positions in companies in the telecommunications industry. He holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University, Dallas and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kerala, India. Vinod also serves as Adjunct Faculty at Georgetown University.

Tom MacDonald - CTO

Tom joined TravTech as CTO in June 2003. Prior to that he was CTO at Gemplex Inc, a global supplier of IP-based Virtual Private Networks. As Vice President, Engineering at Primus Inc, he lead the construction of their international ATM, Frame Relay and IP network. He has held senior technology assignments at Cable & Wireless USA and DSC Communications (now Alcatel).

Pericle Sufitchi - Director of Integration

Pericle has worked for TravTech since 2001 and has been involved in a large number of projects at all levels: database, middle tier, user interface. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from University of Iasi, Romania and has contributions in Operating Systems, Cryptography, Computer Simulation and Gaming. Prior to joining TravTech, Pericle held an Associate Professor position at Iasi Technical University, teaching Numerical Methods for engineers. He has 28 years of experience in IT.

Chris Ogden - Manager of Operations

Chris has been with TravTech since 2008 and comes from a diverse background of 28 years in the IT industry. His experience includes mainframe systems administration, NT server administration, programming on multiple platforms, database administration as well as high speed production publishing systems.

Prior to joining Travtech, Chris held the role of CTO of a Washington DC area based political computer services firm for 10 years, providing geographic, demographic and targeted messaging/marketing services for campaigns and organizations throughout the United States.

Chris holds certifications as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE Security+) and as a Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA).

Nanda Vasu - Director, India Operations

Nanda joined TravTech in 2004 and has over 15 years of experience in the industry with varied domain expertise including Microsoft Technologies, Data modeling, Financial Administration and corporate training. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Bangalore and a Diploma in Systems Programming.

Apart from her technical involvement, Nanda is responsible for payroll, taxes, human resource functions and office administration.

Gloria Bohan - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

A seasoned travel professional, Gloria brings over four decades of experience, expertise and knowledge to the travel industry. Since founding Omega World Travel in 1972, she has become one of the top female business owners in the United States. Some of Gloria's many business accolades are inclusion into the Enterprising Women "Hall of Fame," Tour and Travel News' "One of the 25 Most Influential Leaders in the Travel Industry," the American Society of Travel Agents "Travel Agent of the Year" and Office Depot's "Businesswoman of the Year." Gloria is a graduate of Marymount Manhattan College, where she has served as a trustee and holds an honorary doctorate.
